  1. I was thinking the same thing about the Homeaway changes possibly bringing more business to professional managers. It is going to be too confusing for many individual owners to continue to manage their properties on their own. We are still way to dependent on OTA’s but working on changing that every day. VRBO still brings us a large amount of business as does Airbnb. The new changes to VRBO don’t affect us too much because we are used to the Airbnb model but by not benefiting from all leads being marketable, we need to spend more time on the marketable leads that we do have as well as our repeat guests.
